  1. Gulf Quest National Maritime Museum of the Gulf of Mexico in Mobile AL is proud to announce that this Friday and Saturday, November 10 & 11, we will be offing admission for only $5 to all active duty service members, veterans and dependents.

Gulf Quest offers 90 hands-on, interactive exhibits showcasing the culture and history of the Gulf of Mexico’s maritime industries. Drive the same boat simulator used at the Coast Guard Academy, enjoy films featuring Mobile’s shipbuilding industry during WWII and its fishing industry, or dress up as a pirate and play on our boat. Put yourself in the place of an emergency management team during a hurricane, watch real-time weather systems on our globe developed by NOAA, and learn the complexities of containerized shipping. The Galley will be open for lunch and Treasures boutique will be open for early Christmas shoppers.

  2. World of Coca-Cola grants complimentary admission to all military members (active duty, reserves and retirees) year-round, but to show gratitude on Veterans Day to the men and women who serve our country, the attraction is extending a special offer to their loved ones as well. From Thursday, Nov. 2 to Sunday, Nov. 12, members of the Armed Forces may purchase up to four half-price general admission tickets for their friends and family to join them in visiting the attraction. Tickets may be purchased with a valid Armed Forces ID card at the attraction’s ticketing windows.
